ROLLER TENDERISER
GAROS tenderisers are equipped with two rows of blades, forming a tight pattern, whose purpose is to cut the surface of the meat, thus increasing the surface area of the product.
The process generates an increased release of myosin during vacuum massage, with an increase in liquid retention and consequently in the final tenderness of the meat. The rows of blades can be adjusted to different positions and the blades are positioned in such a way that they can overlap without coming into contact with each other, even when cutting the meat deeply.
