RF DEFROSTING TUNNELS
STALAM radiofrequency tunnels offer continuous thawing and tempering processes of frozen blocks, obtaining temperatures close to 0 °c, homogeneously and in a time of 20-30 minutes.
This process minimises defrosting waste and improves the final quality of the product, drastically reducing water consumption and energy costs. Suitable equipment is available for capacities between 350 and 6000 kg/h.
