INJECTORS
The GSI generation of GAROS Injector/Tenderisers are designed to be robust, versatile and high capacity, but with a focus on the highest standards of hygiene. Suitable for all types of bone-in and boneless meats and fish.
All GSI models are available with one, two or three heads. The two- or three-head three heads can be Injection/Injection or Injection/Tenderisation. The capacity range according to model is from 2 to 13 tn/h, depending on product, brine type and injection level. The number of needles ranges from 48 to 1448 per head and injection levels from 5% to over 100%.
