GLASS has the widest range of analogues and melts on the market.
Our equipment performs the complete melting process with a single machine, reducing processing times, handling and waste. The melters can load whole blocks of cheese, including euroblocks for melters with 600 litre hoppers or larger. Steam injection, water addition, vacuuming and additive loading are done automatically controlled from PLC. Typical process times are 8 minutes.
