TAPE TENDERISER

GLASS tenderisers are equipped with two cutting cylinders and a second arm with a pressure cylinder. After injection, the meats are cut and simultaneously subjected to high pressure, causing the brine to be evenly distributed throughout the piece. The process considerably reduces massaging times, with more protein extraction on the surface of the meat, less loss of liquids, longer shelf life and easier slicing.
