HOJA presents the new continuous frying pan solution for frying meat, fish, omelettes and vegetables with the same quality as at home. The configuration can be one or two circular frying pans, gas or electric, with control of the temperature of the pan, dwell time to achieve the desired frying and automatic turning of the product. Capacities from 100 to 600 kg/h depending on products and finish.
