The GLASS WOK frying pans with 400 litre insulated hopper and thermal oil heating allow flexible frying and homogeneous mixing by means of freely selectable drum inclinations, paddle speed adjustment and pause times.
They incorporate temperature-resistant scrapers and a grid lid for pouring liquids and a closed lid for cooking without loss of liquid.
