BOX FREEZER
AAT continuous case freezer with automatic loading, placing and unloading for productions between 120 and 300 tn/day, with traceability of the entire freezing process case by case.
PLC-controlled selection of freezing time according to level and product. Thanks to the design of the shelves and the short air flow, freezing times are between 14 and 24 hours, much shorter than other systems on the market. Our freezers have three independent zones with the possibility of freezing at different temperatures. The defrosting is automatic and its minimum volume allows a drastic reduction of electricity consumption.
